About the position

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Application Development Expert to support application enhancement and project implementation. This role involves developing and maintaining internal applications, overseeing code updates, and leading teams to ensure operational goals are met. The expert will translate business requirements into functional specifications and proactively identify opportunities for user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications and integrations.
• Oversee code updates and assist colleagues in software design, development, testing, and release.
• Lead and coordinate teams involved in the company's business applications and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional application specifications.
• Create architecture and design documentation, including updates to existing documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience by understanding end-to-end business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree or 8 years with a master's degree.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge in SQL queries and database design.
• Experience in test-driven development.
• Familiarity with multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP, application servers, and network infrastructure.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with FileNet v.5.x development and administration.
• Knowledge of Datacap v.9.1.x and its components.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
