About The Position

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role focused on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. The primary objective is to lead application systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring integration of functions to meet organizational goals and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with ETL, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, HBase, Confluent Kafka, Oracle, Linux, Git, and Jenkins CI/CD.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas integrate to accomplish goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
