In this role, you will be responsible for reporting quality issues and customer claims to relevant parts of the organization, including CCMS/CAPRIS. You will document all activities in the CRM tool (CAPRIS/ACE) and/or in the Application. Your responsibilities will include making product recommendations, customizing product applications, conducting new product demonstrations, and troubleshooting for customers. You will perform technical visits, which may include meetings, audits, demonstrations, and troubleshooting, and you will report technical results while leading customer presentations. Additionally, you will work with application equipment to provide solutions that enhance customer adhesive-related processes. You may supervise and prioritize laboratory work for customer samples and report technical results to customers. Training of Sales/Marketing and other technical personnel will also be part of your duties, along with mentoring and supervising interns, Prism associates, and Application engineers. This position requires traveling of up to 30-40%.
