As a Front End Application Engineer at Discover Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience on discover.com. You will be expected to achieve team commitments and influence others through informal leadership and effective communication skills. Your oversight on design decisions will guide the team towards achieving key results for the products assigned to them. Moreover, you will be tasked with remediating issues using engineering principles and creating proactive design solutions to prevent potential failures. Your contributions will extend beyond your immediate team as you will also lead and contribute to technology communities within Discover, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
