About The Position
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. As an Application Engineer II on the Commercial Bank Application Support Team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting complex and business critical applications requiring integration across functions with broad impact on business processes, delivering quality support to end users in the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience providing day-to-day application support, understanding the criticality of the health and care of a system, displaying sense of urgency with strong incident/problem management skills and the ability to strive in a rapid and fast paced environment.
