About the position

As a member of the Customer Success team at Seagate Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful transitions of new products and technologies with our customer teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge storage technologies while collaborating with a diverse range of internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive all technical aspects of customer qualification engagements, ensuring that our solutions meet the high standards expected by our clients. In this role, you will replicate, analyze, and develop solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams to address any customer issues that arise. You will conduct tests in customer environments to validate the compatibility of drives and systems, assisting in resolving any technical issues that may occur post-qualification. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and presenting technical information to internal teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You will also work closely with the customer account team to gather feedback that will inform future product requirements, coordinating activities across various organizations to ensure that customer deliverables meet expectations. This position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to customer satisfaction, as you will be the technical liaison between Seagate and its customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all technical aspects of customer qualification engagements.
  • Replicate, analyze, and develop solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams to address customer issues.
  • Run tests in customer environments to validate drive/system compatibility.
  • Assist in resolving post-qualification customer technical issues.
  • Create and present technical information to internal teams.
  • Work with the customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements.
  • Coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet expectations.

  • Project management and tracking experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field (i.e., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Materials, Physics, or Information Technology) and 2+ years of experience, or Master's Degree in the same and 0+ years' experience.
