LifeView Group is seeking an Application Engineer with a focus on the Oracle Fusion platform. This position is primarily remote, but there may be a requirement to work onsite based on departmental needs. LifeView Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people, with a workforce of 2,500 team members impacting lives across multiple states and the District of Columbia. The organization operates through three divisions: Lakeview Center's behavioral health care, FamiliesFirst Network's child welfare support, and Global Connections to Employment's career services for individuals with disabilities. In this technical role, the Application Engineer will provide advanced application support to meet enterprise objectives. The responsibilities include reporting, dashboarding, data extractions, data loads, flex field setups, fast formula setup and maintenance, integration setup and maintenance, change testing and management, patch/fix management, and user security and access maintenance. The ideal candidate will utilize a formal change management process that encompasses requirements gathering, design, development, testing, promotion, and maintenance of processes to support defined and approved business needs. The role will involve using application vendor-provided development/reporting tools, industry-standard development languages, vendor databases, and both on-premise and SaaS solutions. Candidates should have experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, or FRS. Familiarity with Fast Formulas and dashboards is also essential. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, candidates should have at least 5 years of ERP technical support experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably with a focus on HCM/Payroll. Database experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server is preferred, along with integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OCI) and support experience of UKG Dimensions, including integrations via Dell/UKG Boomi. A working knowledge of SQL is also necessary.
