About the position
The Application Engineer at Snap Inc. will be a key member of the CRM Technology team, responsible for designing and shipping quality code primarily using Force.com and related frameworks. This role focuses on building scalable applications and tools that support revenue growth for the advertising business, while collaborating with various teams to address business problems and ensure high application uptime.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers and Customers to understand business problems.
- Design & build scalable applications/features focused on creating business impact.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to build & maintain high volume inbound & outbound integrations.
- Ensure high application uptime.
- Build technical documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience leveraging Lightning framework and Apex programming.
- Strong knowledge of Force.com fundamentals and configuration capabilities.
- Experience in front end design and/or application development.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Python and/or Java.
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience.
- Experience with Ad Platforms or online Ads Industry.
