About the position

The position involves developing standard and customized software solutions for Advantest equipment, aimed at enhancing production integration effectiveness and factory automation for global customers. The role requires designing value-added test solutions, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality project delivery while fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop ACS China standard product or customized software solutions on Advantest equipment for global customers.
• Design and develop value-added test cell, test floor, cloud server solutions, and edge solutions to improve production integration effectiveness and factory automation.
• Analyze customer requirements, break down tasks, and manage the overall development progress of projects.
• Identify bottlenecks in solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Design solution frameworks and core code, establish documentation, guide development, and ensure quality control.
• Assist in software testing and project delivery.
• Participate in program discussions and technical investigations, responsible for system upgrades.
• Research and develop new products and functions based on customer needs with innovative thinking.
• Summarize and share knowledge and experience with the team.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets their requirements.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields with at least 5 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in design patterns and object-oriented design, with strong programming skills in C++, Perl, or QT languages.
• Experience in system structure and large database development; capable of developing core algorithms independently.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
• Experience in Linux platform software development.
• Good communication skills, rigorous thinking, clear logic, and a willingness to innovate and accept challenges.
• Flexibility to undertake domestic and overseas business trips.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with semiconductor test systems and the ATE industry.
• Experience with cloud and AI technologies.
