As an Application Engineer - Valves at Flowserve, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our position as a leading provider of flow control solutions. You will be part of the Application Engineering team within our Flow Control Division, collaborating closely with sales engineers and technical engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients. Your primary focus will be on valves and pneumatic/electric actuators, ensuring that our offerings are technically sound and commercially viable. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our outside sales team, crafting technically and commercially sound offers, and addressing any follow-up questions that may arise from customers or colleagues. Your commitment to providing superior service will be essential in making it easy for customers to engage with Flowserve. The position allows for flexibility in work location, with options in Roosendaal, Antwerp, or Rotterdam, and your market focus will be primarily on Belgium and the Netherlands. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to develop business opportunities, deliver presentations, and assist with training initiatives. Your contributions will not only drive business growth but also enhance customer satisfaction and improve our quote-to-order ratio.
