Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to Turck representatives, distributors, and customers
  • Develop creative solutions to solve customer problems
  • Select Turck equivalents for competitor parts and systems
  • Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting Turck products
  • Continually expand your knowledge of Turck's product portfolio
  • Mentor team members and handle complex support cases

Requirements

  • 4-year technical degree with 7+ years of related experience, OR 2-year technical degree with 10+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve technical problems over the phone
  • Experience in technical writing (preferred)
