About the position

Danfoss is seeking an Application Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning. The role involves interfacing with customers to improve the performance and reliability of their products, requiring a strong technical background and problem-solving skills. The engineer will work closely with both large OEMs and smaller mechanics, providing tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including air-conditioners and cold-rooms.
• Analyze PH charts and psychrometric diagrams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Danfoss factories.
• Support product development, component selection, and troubleshooting.
• Test various units like air-conditioners and cold rooms, analyze results, and identify areas for design improvement.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.
• Strong technical knowledge in refrigeration systems and components.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with both large OEMs and small mechanics.
• Familiarity with product development processes.
