About the position

The position involves leading the design and development of data and API integration solutions at Extreme Networks. The role requires a strong technical background in integration tools and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality integration projects that meet business needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with industry best practices while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design Data and API integration solutions using tools such as Informatica, webMethods, or other relevant technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team.
• Manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data architects, and software engineers to understand integration requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Identify and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and API specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards for data integration and API management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in data and API integration, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Expertise in integration tools such as Informatica, webMethods, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce, Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL processes, and API management.
• Proficiency in one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience in managing complex integration projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Certifications in relevant integration tools or technologies.
