About The Position
Dexian is seeking an Application Management Engineer/Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Jersey City, NJ. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of applications, particularly in the context of app delivery, APIs, microservices, and SaaS applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing application performance, addressing incidents that affect users, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users. This involves translating technical issues into business impacts and coordinating resolutions effectively. In addition to performance monitoring, the role requires collaboration with developers to improve processes and address production issues. The Application Management Engineer/Manager will also manage support across global operations, ensuring that all teams are aligned and that any issues are resolved promptly. This position demands strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of how technical details impact business operations. The ideal candidate will have recent lead or management experience and will be comfortable working on-site in locations such as Charlotte, Jersey City, or Atlanta.
