About the position

The position involves developing marketing requirements for SensArray products within KLA, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing technologies. The role focuses on increasing product penetration and adoption, conducting market research, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product strategies. It requires a blend of technical knowledge and marketing acumen to drive product excellence and revenue generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific marketing requirements for SensArray products and product families.
• Represent marketing in product life cycle meetings and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
• Determine customer requirements for new products and analyze data points for product roadmap.
• Own market research and collaborate with SensArray Marketing and Applications teams.
• Drive regional accounts by developing product value statements tailored to customer use cases.
• Identify and generate a new product excellence strategy for VLSI.
• Support global SensArray/VLSI team in implementing new revenue generation strategies.
• Produce targeted collateral that quantifies the value of SensArray/VLSI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Semiconductor Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in a multi-disciplinary technology product team.
• Experience in semiconductor customer-facing solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom/fab processes.
• Technical business operations skills for forecasting product demand.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective technical presentations.
• Ability to drive projects and customer engagement with minimal intervention.
• Ability to perform market analysis and compile customer information.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Desire to thrive in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
