About the position

The Application Security Penetration Tester will join a team in London, UK, focusing on identifying security vulnerabilities within mobile applications through source code reviews and penetration testing. The role involves working in a microservices environment and includes red team responsibilities, conducting assessments, and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct source code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Perform manual penetration testing on applications.
• Test security within a microservices-based environment.
• Conduct assessments and provide documentation of findings.
• Report security findings to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience conducting manual source code reviews.
• Experience with automated testing tools for SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• 4+ years of hands-on manual penetration testing experience.
• Experience with web application and API testing.
• Experience with mobile testing for iOS and Android.
• Experience testing within a cloud environment.
• Proficient in reading and/or coding in multiple programming languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Security certifications such as GWAPT, CEH, or OSCP.
