About the position
Automated Health Systems is seeking part-time Application Processors to work from home, focusing on Medicaid enrollment inquiries from providers. Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding Medicaid enrollment from providers.
- Utilize multiple business systems to manage and process applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for providers.
- Participate in comprehensive and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service position.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree in social or behavioral sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Strong PC proficiency and ability to work with multiple business systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Medicaid or healthcare insurance is preferred.
