About the position

The Application Rationalization Business Analyst at Divurgent plays a crucial role in evaluating and optimizing healthcare applications. This position focuses on application analysis, cloud migration capabilities, and contract reviews, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to work with diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making processes, ultimately supporting the company's mission to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing applications to identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and decommissioning.
• Assess and review current application capabilities to determine suitability for cloud migration, and make recommendations for improvements and necessary adjustments.
• Analyze and review contracts related to applications and cloud services to ensure compliance with organizational standards and strategic goals.
• Work closely with diverse and complex stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive decision-making processes.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and documentation to support application rationalization, cloud migration strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate and manage projects related to application analysis, cloud migration, and contract review, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications, systems, and processes.
• Proven experience with application analysis, rationalization, and cloud migration.
• Excellent contract review and negotiation skills.
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
