About the position

The Application Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering solutions for an IVR system. This role involves creating efficient call flows, writing unit tests, and supporting existing architecture while collaborating within an Agile framework. The engineer will ensure that all code adheres to DevOps practices and will document call flows and designs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on IVR solution
• Develop efficient and high-performance call flows
• Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios
• Support existing architecture and code
• Document call flows and design as needed
• Work with other teams to understand scope and design efficient solution
• Collaborate within the Agile framework, fostering a team approach to software development and delivery
• Ensure all code developed follows DevOps practices
