About the position

As an Application Solutions Engineer within the Electronic Industry Solutions Group's Industry Solution Team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering business growth by focusing on developing and supporting applications for both new and existing solutions targeted at customers worldwide, primarily for parametric tester or WAT tester. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with field application engineers in the sales team and engineers in the solution team to address customer challenges using in-depth technical knowledge and product expertise. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing application support for new solutions and enhancements to existing ones. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering technical training to application engineers within the sales team. Additionally, you will contribute to solution enhancement by managing an effective feedback loop from customers to the solution team. This role is essential in ensuring that Keysight's solutions meet the evolving needs of the semiconductor industry, and your expertise will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with field application engineers in the sales team and engineers in the solution team to address customer challenges using in-depth technical knowledge and product expertise.
• Planning and executing application support for new solutions and enhancements to existing ones.
• Developing and delivering technical training to application engineers within the sales team.
• Contributing to solution enhancement by managing an effective feedback loop from customers to the solution team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical and electronics.
• At least 3 years' experience in the Semiconductor Test industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share ideas effectively.
• Develop software and firmware skills to realize local customer requirements.
• Work with BDM, US team, and WTS BD/AD to align and prioritize solutions/issues.
• Deploy solutions to other US customers by working with BDM/US sales.
• Work closely with the US SE team and support them in local time.
