The Application Support Administrator at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications within the User Support Team. This position focuses on reviewing Help Desk tickets, managing user access and permissions, and ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. The role requires working PST hours and emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming Help Desk tickets to provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in escalating unresolved issues and provide prompt feedback to internal customers.
• Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or Vertafore applications such as Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight.
• Experience working in a Help Desk environment such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient with the Windows Operating Systems and MS Office products.
• Some insurance agency experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applications such as Concur, DocuSign, Smartsheet, Applied CSR24, Applied TAM, Erlon.
