About the position

The Application Support Analyst will provide technical support to end-users across various platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and multiple software applications. This role requires a strong background in IT support, particularly in Help Desk and Desktop environments, with a focus on resolving issues related to application support for systems such as LIM, physician portal, and CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and IT ticketing systems, ensuring effective and timely support for users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to application support of our LIM system, physician portal and CRM.
  • Manage and resolve IT tickets using systems like Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems, as well as macOS environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe DC, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise software.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain VPN clients, ensuring secure and stable remote access for users.
  • Support and manage peripherals including copiers, printers, scanners, BYOD devices, and eFax systems.
  • Handle IT Add/Move/Change requests efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, DHCP, SFTP, SSO, and other network services.
  • Utilize remote access platforms to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling, providing support as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 10, and 11
  • Experience supporting macOS environments
  • Knowledge of VPN client setup and configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot network services like DNS and DHCP
  • Excellent customer service skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Epic (4 years preferred)
  • Experience with Cerner (4 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (4 years required)
