We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the '9940471375 - Sales Srvc Commerce RTB Bac' project. The project is for Lucid Group Inc, a leading company in their industry. As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Application Remediation is required, and expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and Engineering Support is recommended. You will develop innovative strategies to improve application remediation processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues, implement proactive measures to prevent future software problems, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application support.
