As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's supply chain execution software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients by addressing their inquiries and issues related to the applications provided by Made4net. You will work closely with dedicated engineers to ensure that client operations run smoothly, responding to client issues through direct phone assistance and a ticketing/email system. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot system issues and follow escalation procedures according to client service level agreements. Additionally, you will participate in implementations during initial go-live and system upgrades, which may require occasional travel to client sites. Responsibilities

  • Work with dedicated engineers supporting client operations using Made4net's applications.
  • Respond and follow up on client issues and questions through direct phone assistance and ticketing/email system.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and follow escalation procedures according to client service level agreements.
  • Periodic follow-up with clients to review status and ongoing needs.
  • Participate in implementations during initial go-live and system upgrades - Travel may be required.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule of hours on call for clients with 24/7 operations.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Windows Workstation and Server environments.
  • Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments.
  • Familiar with SQL server databases and programming.
  • Experience using and supporting enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, or similar.
  • Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hosted Customer Support Experience
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics, and or similar applications experience.
