As an Application Support Engineer at CIBC, you will play a crucial role in providing technical guidance and support for over 20 applications, ensuring that technology projects align with business needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing proposed application identity management designs, providing feedback on potential gaps, and partnering with US and Enterprise technology and InfoSec teams to migrate IAM capabilities to the Enterprise All Access solution. You will also assist with the onboarding of functional IDs to CyberArk, coordinating installations, configurations, and system testing to produce deliverables related to various technology projects. Additionally, you will be involved in the research, assessment, and migration of applications from IDM to AllAccess, which includes designing data feeds for AVIP patterns and managing internal and external teams in configuring applications and connection points for AD patterns. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical research, design, configuration, testing, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. You will ensure that all application changes adhere to regulatory and information security standards, performing or coordinating testing of solutions prior to production deployment. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you work closely with key business and technology partners to address and resolve issues, utilizing Incident and Problem Management processes to find root causes.
