About the position

We are in search of an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves providing direct customer application support within the Transport industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects, implementing change management processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Application Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and that software development projects meet their goals within specified timelines. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the engineer will maintain proficiency in standard office software applications to fulfill responsibilities effectively. The role also includes reviewing and diagnosing Visual Basic and C# code, identifying and resolving issues promptly. The engineer will be tasked with building reports within SQL Server and/or SAP Business Objects, ensuring data accuracy. Leveraging skills in Cisco Technologies, Database management, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft applications, AB Testing, Active Directory, and Configuration Management will be essential for daily operations and project execution. Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer application support, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Manage software development projects, ensuring project goals are achieved within specified timelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative work environment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain proficiency in standard office software applications to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
• Review and diagnose Visual Basic and C# Code, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
