About the position

The Sr. Application Support Engineer will provide critical support for application systems, focusing on Fixed Income and Equities. This role requires extensive experience in application support, particularly in L1/L2 environments, and involves troubleshooting, documentation, and user access reviews. The position is hybrid, requiring local candidates to work onsite after an initial video interview.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 application support for Fixed Income and Equities systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Document support processes and solutions for future reference.
  • Conduct user access reviews and audit reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in settlements and related processes as needed.
  • Multitask effectively to manage multiple support requests.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in application support.
  • Strong experience in SQL, Tidal (or Autosys), Linux, and Windows.
  • Experience with Murex, Smartloan, or Broadridge is highly desired.
  • Experience in settlements and related processes.
  • Strong documentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior application support experience with Murex, Smartloan, Loanet, or Broadridge.
  • Experience with ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Identity Management (IDM) reviews.
