As a leader, you will supervise team members by delegating project tasks and providing guidance, ensuring that the team meets its objectives. You will collaborate with different areas of IT to handle escalated application support issues and provide timely reports on the status of projects, including any unforeseen issues, to management and business units. Demonstrating leadership and professionalism both internally and externally is crucial, as is ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate to provide service and meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for developing teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management skills, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and customers.
