About the position

As an Application/System Sales Engineer II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This position involves working closely with our sales team to promote and sell our complex application and system solutions to customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships. In this position, you will report directly to our Sales Manager and will be based out of our Duluth, GA location, working on a hybrid schedule. Your contributions will not only focus on sales but also on fostering a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and promoting an inclusive culture within the organization.
