About the position

Cydecor is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst to support the SHARP Customer Support team at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The role involves providing in-depth training to Fleet Naval Aviation Units and Personnel, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the installation and support of the SHARP application. The analyst will also monitor data flow and ensure compliance with requirements management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers via email, telephone, and personal visits.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions to software and setup errors.
• Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document all issues and escalate urgent problems to appropriate internal resources.
• Manage the installation and support for the SHARP application in various environments.
• Deliver classroom-style and informal training to end users on SHARP configuration and operation.
• Develop and maintain training materials for SHARP.
• Follow Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes for requirements management.
• Monitor fleet inputs and usage of SHARP and work with relevant teams to correct anomalies.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience
• High School diploma or GED

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Working knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Experience preparing and delivering formal briefs to junior and senior officers
• Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure or other Cloud certifications)
