HOW AN APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's Degree (Substitutions will be based on additional years of experience) Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Application Development, Systems Engineering, System Administration, System Design, Software Applications, Technical Documentation, Knowledge Transfer Platform Experience - Salesforce, SharePoint, Appian, Power Apps, and ServiceNow. Security Clearance Level: DOE Q or TS Required Skills and Abilities: Written and Oral Communication; Organization, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
