About the position

The Full Stack Developer will execute projects and lead engineering teams for key data-driven technology initiatives. Reporting to the Innovation and Development Manager, this role involves working collaboratively with a national team to enhance technological frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure applications are responsive, secure, and optimized across platforms, including mobile devices. This position requires a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development, as well as a commitment to maintaining data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. The developer will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and timelines. Additionally, the role includes conducting user interviews to gather requirements and feedback, which will inform the development process and help create user-friendly applications. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development to continuously improve the quality of the applications developed.
