About the position

The Applications Engineer - Casino Systems is responsible for deploying Casino Table Tracking solutions primarily on cruise ships. This role requires substantial travel and strong experience in casino systems, focusing on production support and project deployment in the hospitality domain.

Responsibilities

• Will be assigned as primary resource for shipboard casino projects (CEL/RCL Table Tracking Rollout).
• Production support of shipboard Casino systems (Galaxis, Oasis, Arcade systems included) including duty phone/after hours support.
• Participate in all phases of project deployment: Build, Stage, Test, and User Acceptance.
• Testing, Deployment and live support of application.
• Test and certify version updates received from system vendor.
• Production support for other shipboard systems/applications.
• Ongoing maintenance and internal ownership of system.
• Maintaining roadmaps, analyzing support trends, etc.

Requirements

• Experience with casino gaming systems (preferably Aristocrat, AGT and/or Galaxis).
• 2/3 years of applicable field experience.
• Self-motivated, Ambitious.
• Strong sense of ownership, strong communication skills, available for travel.
• Experience in supporting packaged applications.
• Analytical skills.
• Incident/Problem resolution skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
