About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide customer application assistance and technical support via phone or email.
• Create proposal drawings and quotations for customers.
• Modify existing products based on customer requirements.

• Evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical support or applications engineering.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating proposal drawings.
