We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to handle the technical management of customer orders and serve as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for an assigned list of customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and technical support throughout their engagement with us. In this position, the Applications Engineer will be involved in both presales and post-sales activities. Presales responsibilities will include conducting technical equipment demonstrations, developing tailored solutions to meet specific customer requirements, performing site surveys, and creating technical content and system drawings for use in proposals. This aspect of the role is vital for showcasing our products and ensuring that they align with customer needs. Post-sales activities will focus on maintaining technical communication with customers as the primary POC. This includes entering customer orders and ensuring that all technical aspects of the order are managed effectively. The Applications Engineer will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any technical inquiries they may have.
