About the position
The position is for an entry-level engineer at KLA, focusing on new product introduction projects within the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. The role involves supporting characterization, alpha and beta testing, and product diagnosis, while collaborating with software and systems engineering teams. The candidate will document test results, generate reports, and transfer product knowledge to Field Applications teams, contributing to the development of advanced electronic devices.
Responsibilities
- Support projects related to new product introduction, including characterization, alpha testing, and beta testing.
- Perform product diagnosis and problem resolution.
- Interface with software and systems engineering to verify hardware and software issues are resolved.
- Document all test results and lessons learned in Best Known Methods (BKMs), training documents, and test reports.
- Generate demo and test reports for internal and customer review.
Requirements
- Requires less than 1 year of related experience.
