About the position

The Applications Project Manager & Analyst will support Supply Chain and Manufacturing sites by assessing, selecting, and implementing new applications, as well as improving existing ones. This role involves managing projects related to application upgrades, cybersecurity, and providing technical expertise across various cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Supply Chain & Manufacturing sites.
• Assess new applications and manage their selection and implementation.
• Improve existing applications, including upgrades and patches.
• Manage projects involving application upgrades/patching and cybersecurity vulnerability mitigation.
• Support application users within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain for North America.
• Incorporate Cybersecurity principles and segregation of duties knowledge into application support.

Requirements

• Experience working in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• 5+ years supporting and implementing large applications.
• Strong working knowledge of MS SQL and SSIS.
• Previous project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Document Management Systems, Advanced Scheduling or Demand Planning.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux OS.
