About the position

As an Applications Project Manager & Analyst at Saint-Gobain, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include assessing new applications, managing upgrades, and improving existing applications while ensuring cybersecurity principles are integrated. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert and support application users across North America, working in a hybrid role with flexibility to be near one of the manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Supply Chain & Manufacturing sites.
• Assess new applications and manage their selection and implementation.
• Improve existing applications, including upgrades and patches.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for cross-functional projects.
• Manage projects involving application upgrades, cybersecurity vulnerability mitigation, and overall application improvements.
• Support application users within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain for North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing supporting and implementing large applications.
• Strong working knowledge of MS SQL and SSIS.
• Previous project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Document Management Systems, Advanced Scheduling, or Demand Planning.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux OS.
