About the position

The IT Applications Project Manager at Med4Hire is responsible for leading the transition of housing management software from Tenmast WinTen2+ to Yardi Voyager. This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in HUD PIC reporting, ensuring successful implementation and integration while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the housing software transition project.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, providing technical and operational support.
• Oversee data analysis and cleanup activities to ensure data quality during migration.
• Develop and refine HUD PIC and compliance-related reports to adhere to HUD standards.
• Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, focusing on housing management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Tenmast WinTen2+.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data migration strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation for housing systems.
• Knowledge of Housing Choice Voucher Program lifecycle and financial management.

Benefits

• Contract pay ranging from $35.00 to $52.00 per hour.
• Expected hours of 40 per week.
