About the position

The Applications Sales Engineer role is a permanent position based in Concord, Massachusetts, focused on engaging with both new and existing customers, maintaining relationships with local partners, and assisting in the onboarding of new partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales and proven sales management experience, along with effective communication skills and proficiency in CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote company and engage existing and new customers in target industries.
• Maintain relationships with local sales partners, set goals, and assist with onboarding new partners.
• Use CRM software for deal/account management and forecasting, with regular reviews alongside the Director of Sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team and coordinate with internal operations and logistics.
• Stay current on product offerings through training and assist with new product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years in industrial sales experience
• Proven sales management experience
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Effective communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
