About the position
Oracle Textura is hiring an Application Sales Representative to sell Textura Payment Management Software to accounts with revenues of $400M and above in North America, specifically in the Central US. The role involves managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. The representative will develop solution proposals, participate in the development and presentation of a value proposition, negotiate pricing and contractual agreements, and identify strategic alignments with key third-party influencers. The position requires independent judgment and may involve leading projects. The representative will also facilitate a smooth handoff with the Client Services team to ensure successful rollout of the software.
Responsibilities
- Sell Textura Payment Management Software to large accounts in North America.
- Manage sales through forecasting and account strategy.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Participate in the development and presentation of a value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
- Facilitate a smooth handoff with the Client Services team for successful rollout.
Requirements
- 5 years of field sales experience with a focus on large strategic accounts.
- Experience in applications sales.
- Preferred experience in the Construction & Engineering Industry.
- Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
- Successful sales track record.
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or Oracle's competitors.
- Ability to interact with C-level players.
- Team player with the ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
