Our work depends on an experienced Applications Systems Engineering Manager - with a strong background in operational support - joining our team to lead and directly manage a fully-remote, technical workforce / team supporting both the production and non-production environments (during a standard work week); and also serve as the primary On-Call Manager for issues requiring management attention that may arise on weekends from 24/7 Application Support Team shifts supporting to the production environment.
