About the position

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Applied Behavioral Analyst (ABA) to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is specifically for the current school year and offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $35 per hour. The ABA will play a crucial role in executing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy programs tailored to meet the individual needs of students. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the educational and behavioral outcomes of children through effective therapy and support. The Applied Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for implementing appropriate behavior management techniques as prescribed by the behavior plan. This includes assisting children with daily self-help skills, which are essential for their independence and overall development. The ABA will also be expected to communicate effectively with the team regarding all developments, problems, or concerns that may arise during therapy sessions. Maintaining therapy areas and materials is also a key responsibility, ensuring that all resources are organized and readily available for effective therapy delivery. In addition to the core responsibilities, the position offers scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team.
