About the position

The Appointment Manager/Coordinator at Emich Chevrolet is responsible for managing a high volume of calls to schedule appointments for clients with service representatives. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and organizational skills to ensure a smooth appointment-setting process while adhering to shop capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and text messages timely and effectively
  • Schedule appointments for customers following our shop capacity
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications
  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
  • Manage and track all leads
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is a plus
