The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong customer service skills to effectively coordinate with the sales team and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure appointment schedules are efficiently managed
  • Answer incoming calls and address inquiries regarding appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist showroom walk-in customers by providing information and scheduling free quotes
  • Learn company products and understand zip codes and areas for efficient scheduling
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude
