Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability
  • Previous experience in a call center, sales, or timeshare industry preferred (but not required)
  • Must be comfortable working with a computer and using scheduling software
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills
