About The Position
The purpose of this position is to schedule appointments for Midland Care services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
