About the position

As an Appointment Setter & Brand Ambassador at Renewal by Andersen, you will play a crucial role in our Retail & Event Marketing Team, representing the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. This part-time, flexible position allows you to work at premier retail partner locations throughout Orange County, including Anaheim, Huntington Beach, and Yorba Linda. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers in-store, helping them understand the benefits of our products and booking appointments for no-cost consultations with our window experts. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance, as the more appointments you set, the more you can earn. In this role, you will receive comprehensive paid training and be equipped with proven marketing methodologies to ensure your success. You will also be expected to follow up with feedback and information recaps with the team to strategize next steps. The position offers a base pay of $17 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $1,000 in weekly commissions, depending on your performance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a profit-sharing program that can yield up to $4,000 quarterly, based on company performance. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers in-store to promote Renewal by Andersen products.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to build the RBA footprint.

Requirements

  • Availability during the day on weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
