Our marketers receive ongoing, paid training and the opportunity to earn full-time pay while working part-time with a flexible schedule. This position allows you to express yourself, wear comfortable clothes, laugh, and socialize with the public. Moore Water Treatment is looking to fill some empty Appointment Setting positions in several stores located in Springfield and Ozark. You will represent our company in a retail setting and set appointments for our sales team while earning commissions! Moore Water Treatment is a family-owned and operated business for over 30 years! We take great pride in our success and appreciate our staff enough to care about them like family. This is a permanent position! You must be able to work Monday through Saturday. Shifts run 4 hours, 5-6 days a week. Pay starts at $15/hour for meeting an easily obtainable quota, but you have the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions when those appointments turn into sales! What you need to have/be: You must be 17 or older, pass a background check, have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. You must love talking to people, have great verbal and communication skills, and be ready to be trained to work independently. You must be able to work responsibly with minimal supervision.
