About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ReachOut Technology, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy by generating and scheduling high-value appointments with potential clients. This position is not just about making calls; it is about laying the groundwork for future sales success. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, introducing them to ReachOut Technology, a leader in the cybersecurity and IT services sector. Your primary mission will be to engage with potential clients from a provided lead list, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of our services and set up meetings for our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling prospects, crafting compelling email outreach, and managing the scheduling of meetings. Your organizational skills will be essential as you coordinate the calendars of the sales team and maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system, ContactScience. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on your outreach activities and appointment-setting performance, ensuring that the team is informed and aligned on goals. Success in this position will be measured by the number of appointments you set and keep, as well as the conversion rate of those appointments into meaningful client meetings. You will be expected to thrive under pressure and demonstrate a self-motivated, results-driven attitude. Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with potential clients from the provided lead list.
  • Set up crucial meetings between potential clients and the Sales Team.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to keep the conversation going with prospects.
  • Manage and maintain records of all interactions and appointments within the CRM system, ContactScience.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects from the lead list.
  • Craft and send compelling emails to encourage prospects to take the next step.
  • Coordinate and manage the Sales Team's calendars for prospect meetings.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities and appointment-setting performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for organization and record-keeping.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
